You Can’t Beat My Mixed Print Game

Hi Lovelies, I've been so busy but all of a sudden it popped up to me that today is the last day in April. I remembered you my lovely audience and decided I should drop this post here. It’s been on my Instagram page for a couple of days but I know I am not connected with a good number of my blog readers on the Instagram platform. But you could click on @ama_glamz to connect with me on IG for more amazing stuffs.

I am very serious about my caption “You Can’t Beat My Mixed Print Game”.........Lol, it's on a lighter notπŸ‘€πŸ’ͺ.
So met 'Mimi Jumpsuit', its well-crafted and has got an amazing story behind it. Like I've mentioned a number of times, I love art and for this reason, I am very artistic when I create my pieces. I am sure some people can identify the print with which the pant area of this Jumpsuit was made and you can confirm that the designs on that Ankara print is not aligned in the manner in which it’s aligned on my piece. But because every of my pieces is unique and tells a story, I’d taken my time to align the bronze(earth colour) circle-like patches to explain how resourceful, detailed, hardworking and creative an African woman can be in her day to day venture. Again, I’d chosen red and bronze to represent these qualities which an average African woman possesses. Red signifies show-of-love, passion, energy and sexuality of a black woman while the bronze-like (earth) colour defines the struggles black women are surrounded with every day…….no more grammar.

Please scroll through to see my amazing Mimi Jumpsuit in all of it glory. And I will appreciate your candid opinion.....or may be some accolades. I feel I sound funny today, right?
Happy end of month Lovelies.............and catch you in May, 2018
