DIY: The Prissy Red Bodysuit

Hi Lovelies!
Happy Easter and happy holidays too. Trust you are having a restful and lovely time with your family and friends. However, while doing that let’s not forget the reason for the celebration.

Here is another pieces from my DIYs. I intend to keep today's story very short…….lol. This red fabric with which I made this jumpsuit is a pure cotton fabric I got from my usual place, Lagos Island. The fabric didn’t actually come in rolls it came as sample fabric and it had lots of stains which I had to maneuver while cutting the fabric. I bought the fabric simply because I loved the feel and I know the worth – highly breathable, smooth and comfy on the body. But definitely a lot of work had gone into getting this outfit look this fab.

Hey Lovelies, would you believe it if I told you that this is my first time of making a princess dart cut jumpsuit? I did not pad the bust area, I had only manipulated the dart to create a bust area that is perfect for my bust and I am super excited it worked.

Styling the Outfit: I went all red with my sandals however I had accessorized with gold bracelets, rings, earring and a gold Yves Saint Laurent clutch bag given to me as a gift. So now that you know, my birthday is fast approaching and more of this kind of gift will be highly welcomed……lol

Thanks for stopping by. Xoxo
